Smut!! Bad thread! If it's any consolation, Birdie, my OH has been working away during the week so the only time I get hot and sweaty is at my spin class
which I did yesterday btw and it was brutal!
Good news about the trousers, Tete! And good-ish news on the job frontI hate it when people can't even be bothered to reply to you when you've made the effort to apply in the first place. Boo.
I think the key to good healthy eating is good organisation - it takes much more effort to keep the fridge stocked with fresh fruit and salad than grabbing toast or sandwiches etc... I usually have really good lunches the first few days after a food shop and then it goes downhill! Must pop to the shop midweek to stock up, although I stopped doing this last year to save money - we would spend about £10 in the supermarket every time we popped in to get milk and bread - so now I have a milkman!
Gym again tonight! The only good thing is that I can get all my exercise out of the way while OH is away which is nice

Lol!
I just don't buy bread - which means if I want a snack there is loads of fruit there and not much else! Or rather I only get white bread, which is calorific and so full of sugar I won't touch it unless I'm, well, at the time of the month, when I get cravings. Win-win for packed lunches, NIM gets sandwiches, and I get salad or soup or whatever as there is nothing else about!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Hehe, that's given me a proper good chuckle!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

Haha love how smutty this thread is getting today. Might have to make sure I do some miscalneous aerobics tonight.
Just got drenched walking back from tube station. I wore flip flops today and my feet were slipping all over them trying to walk back in the pouring rain.,0 -
Ha, I always laugh at people in flip flops in the rain! (sorry) You've all given me a kick up the bum to go and sort my dinner out for tomorrow rather than buy it again so off I go. Oh is the second Graze box automatically half price? Must cancel after this one, forgot to do it!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Yes its half price.
Well NIM is wandering about slamming doors and generally being in a strop. I hate it when he gets in a mood, he's completely irrational and really abrupt with me. He's angry because some shirts that were on the line have somehow been damaged. One appears to have been infested with bug eggs, one (a gorgeous one) has been eaten by bunny, and another was pooped on by birds on the line (I think this can be washed out, he insists not). Oh and somehow he says his cashmere jumper has been burned. So now I'm just trying to keep my head down because any 'helpful' or positive things I say are just going to annoy him even more.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

At home today, horrible night last night. My cat got hit by a car and didn't make it
Feel completely drained. Worst part was I'd only just let her out after feeding her, keep on thinking if I'd just kept her in for that bit longer  Just want to curl up under my duvet. Silly cats!
Aww, Cinny I'm so sorry to hear about your cat, I cannot even imagine how you are feeling at the moment, just want to send you big HUGE hugs.

Oh dear. Well of course bird poo can be washed out, you can wash BABY poo off things so I'm sure that'll be no problem. Bug eggs also surely will scrape off and wash out? Shame about the bunny ... but I do have amusing mental images of it scaling the washing line to get to the shirt a la "I Bet He Drinks Carling Black Label" hee hee. And I thought the cashmere jumper was all bobbly and unwearable anywayWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0
