Already have my slow cooker
Basically, his dad would give us the money or loan us it I assume. There have previously been veiled references to the idea that neither of the boys will ever have to get a mortgage, he'll loan the money instead - here's hoping!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Ohh hope that his Dad helps you with the deposit!
It is going to be annoying when we move out of our flat as we bought all the plates etc joint with my sister so will have to split it all. Was pretty cheap stuff though so not too much of an issue.0 -

Ooh that would be really good!! Got my fingers crossed for you!
I like the bottom draw idea, i think thats what i'll get like when OH and i live with his parents.
We have pretty much sold or got rid of most of our stuff - it was all pretty cheap. I just want to have a fresh start with all matching stuff and not cheap stuff thats going to fall apart all the time. So all new furniture, appliances etc... Quite looking forward to having a complete fresh start, and hopefully a debt free one aswell!!Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -
Hola todas y todos! Hope everyone is well, have been catching up whilst ploughing through my washing. Ibiza was fantastic, had such a lovely time and have come back feeling relaxed and happy, freckly not burnt, and with two black/blue/yellow knees where I fell over on Formentera
Did a bit of talking about moving in together too, for the first time, so I'm all happy about that. A lot of it is hanging on whether or not I end up having to move to Newcastle for the job I applied for so I don't want to think about it too much in case I jinx that...
Birdie, that dress is lovely, simple and elegant. Bet you're excited now! Hope working away pans out ok, a week on a week off til end Aug isn't tooooo bad...
Dinah, hope kitty is ok, poor little thing! How rich must NIM's dad be if he's giving away mortgages to two sons?! *Wistful sigh* Just thought how much would it annoy his ex-wife for him to enable NIM to really put down roots here
Was so pleased to read everyone's dieting together! I've already been out today and bought salad stuff for work this week as I'm feeling distinctly FAT and look it in a few of my holiday snaps too. Nothing major, just certain jeans and trousers are getting pretty tight. So...
I Lucy am going to make a concerted effort to lose 14lbs by September 30th 2009. Being of sound mind and slightly squishier than desired body, but being a week late, I have no idea how many llbs a week this is, but my plan of action is healthier food, fewer snacks and more exercise.
Wasn't going to post my stats but seeing as everyone else has:
Height: 5'11 1/2"
Weight: 11st 6lbs (same as last time I weighed myself)
Bust: 36"
Waist: 30"
Hips: 42" (Sob, measured at their widest part- is that what everyone else did?)
Starts tomorrow, and as today's already a write-off, I'm going to have a Tunnock's tea cake!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Hi Tete!
Welcome back, glad you had a good time in Ibiza and it was nice and hot for you!Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -
Yey, great to have you back Tete. Glad you had a nice time, and really promising about possibly moving in with OH too. Could you not live in the middle if you get the Newcastle job, 20min commute each?
Yep measured all at their widest part, although apparently wasn't supposed to do this with the bust! Was good and did another gym session today, 340cals burnt on the cross trainer, plus weights on my legs and tummy. Feeling a bit achy but energised now.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Hola guapita! Glad you had a good time
Exciting news on the moving in with OH front, eh? Did you apply for that job before you went on hols? If so, when might you hear something?
Oh, I'm going to post my stats too - I agree that they're not very representative. You can't tell that I've developed a pot belly and jiggly bum from them!
Height: 5' 3"
Weight: 10 st 6 lbs
Bust: 32" (but a DD)
Waist: 29"
Hips: 36"
Tete, I'd look like an Oompa Loompah next to you! x
ETA: Well done on the gym Dinah! It is a nice feeling once you've exercised, it's just gathering the willpower to go in my case...LBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -
