Well BT are looking into it and I should get a call by the end of the day. It is annoying more than anything else. They say they are increasing the payment (which I do not mind) but fail to tell you anywhere on the bill what it is being increased too after saying See Payment Section Below.

Why should I have to hunt round the BT website or call 150 to be told I need to speak to the online billing team to find out. BT agreed I should not have to phone different numbers. If you phone customer services (150) they should be able to help. The lady on the Customer Services did say she can't see the same edition of the bill. Which did not help the case or my questions.

Luckily I was having a day in the house today as need to potter around doing house work.

Well I've been to the gym and had my salad, my appetite is feeling particularly unsatisfied and all I have to munch on this aft is grapes. Feel my resolve wavering already!!

No point starving yourself as you'll just crack. Better to have a little and often.

Don't get me started on BT, we had so many arguments a while back with them after they cancelled our line without asking us and then asked us to pay for it! My Dad sorted them out though haha.

I am feeling all tired this afternoon.

It was the Nessie swap creatures that got me.

Might need a lie down as laughing that much this time of the morning cannot be good for you.
