2.2 isn't bad though Tink. We had our meet up in Northallerton, but I live about 25mins away, but its certainly in my neck of the woods, along with NIM, Birdie and Tete.

    Hellooo

Glad to hear the stall stuff is coming on well Cinny. Hope the cold is better.

Tete - I just got the jury service thing through today. I got a deferal (deferment?) until 19 April next year, but I *have* to do it then. No problem! We decided just to go down to the south west for a few days on holiday this Friday, as OH Mum and Dad are away we can borrow their car. Also my sis from Copenhagen is over staying at her holiday flat in Newquay, so we're going to head down there aswell. Yippee!

So we're thinking Madrid for August - just 5 days or something. I googled your place in Ibiza too, it looks fab. Very nice indeed.

Not doing so well on the £10 pd challenge either - oops!

    Morning Everyone!

Got some bad but not bad (?) news. I've decided to cancel the stall for this weekend. Talking to the guy who runs it it's going to be far too big (3 tables!) for my first try. So my *first* stall is going to be the charity one next month, I can use it as a bit of an experiment with what things sell best and all the money will go to a fantastic place. Also going to take some cupcakes to the carboot this Sunday (all boxed up and pretty!) and I'll try and get some feedback there too, rather than jumping in at the deepend and most likely scaring myself out of doing it ever again.

On the brightside, should be getting my OU course sorted tonight!! :j

Lara - Your holiday plans sound lovely! Must be pretty MSE too. Madrid would be fab too!

ETA: Just seen the pictures online for Joe Coles wedding Wendz, was expecting to see a little head popping over the wall! (I think it was Wendz who saw it!)

Morning, Lara the SW sounds lovely, never been down that end of the country before but would love to, and you get to see your long lost sis too which will be fab!

Cinny, it sounds like you're doing the right thing. I know I'd be nervous about doing something like that so testing the water a bit with the car boot and charity stall is a good plan.

I am sooo hot today! Brought my gym kit but might actually melt if I try to do anything physical! Aiming for a NSD today. Want to survive on the money in my purse til Friday (payday) but in reality have to drive to Newcastle on Thursday night for Blur so will have to fill up. Hoping to survive til then though!

Morning! I agree that you're doing the right ting with the stall Cinny, 3 tables is a lot to fill on your first time!
It's my first golf lesson tonight! I'm glad that I don't have to go to the gym tonight because I nearly died in there last night it was so hot and muggy! There was this chavvy bloke there who'd plugged his own ipod into the sound system thingy so we had to listen to awful rap music, it was proper slow cruddy stuff so it felt like I was on the cross trainer forever since there was no beat to keep up with. I might bring my ipod in next time and play McFly since randomers can just put whatever music they like on!
Remember OH's brother was supposed to buy my laptop? Well he pulled out because his horrible girlfriend told him off about it, apparently he has to save up and buy a new one when they move in together which will be at least a year! My Dad saw that I got a new laptop though and asked if I'd take £100 for my old one- yes please! Then my brother asked if he could buy it! I told them to fight amongst themselves and let me know who wins!

Can you not start a bidding war between them Birdie? ;) Good luck with the golf tonight and boo to selfish people putting their poo music on the communal stereo! (You've guilted me into going to the gym too)

I did joke that I'm going to start up an auction company called eBest (errr, that joke only works when you know our surname!)
Please don't feel guilted into going to the gym! I want someone to tell me that I don't have to go more than twice a week!

Hello! I don't think that's such a bad thing, Cinny - it's daunting anyway, and if your stall was too big, it might put you off a bit for next time. Good luck at the car boot anyway :)

Lara - your hols sounds lovely! And thrifty! So you can have a fab time in Madrid guilt-free!

Good luck at the golf tonight, Birdie! Sounds like you've been a bit of a slave to the gym recently - well done :D but also, yuk! I went to spin yesterday and I have to weigh myself today - if I haven't lost it will guilt me into going to the gym again!

ETA: Ooh, I just won £5 on the scratchies - I've never had more than 50p before!

    Morning guys,

I had a bit of a busy evening last night. Did the shopping by myself as OH and sister weren't there. Did two lots of washing , made myself dinner and a dooyoo review.

Cinny - that sounds like a good idea, 3 tables would be daunting to anyone I think! Have a little practice and then see how it goes.

Tete - I am trying to suvive on the couple of pounds I have left till Monday. Not sure it will happen though!

Birdie - good luck with the golf lesson tonight
