    How cool, Cinny!

Good news about the chargers, Dinah, I hope the laptops do well. I've been shamelessly lazy all weekend after last week's mayhem. Feeling a bit naughty now. Went to the farmer's market for treats - peas, broad beans, brownies, strawberries, home made burgers - nomnomnom.

Bit bored now, my book for book club is all about lift inspectors - definitely a hard one to get into!

Nice weather - hope you all had a nice day x

    Hey All

Finally finished the nightshifts for a couple of weeks. Good luck with the laptop Dinah.

I know what you mean about Petrol. Luckily the new car is not using as much. I filled it last Monday and there is still half a tank left and we have done about 200 miles. Also the tank is a lot smaller - 35 litres compared to the 52 litres in the old car. Here is to another week of not needing fuel.

Well I gave the car its first wash. 2 and half hours - Pre wash, washing, drying, polishing and cleaning inside. Just sorted out OH new K850i which she won from work last Christmas.

Bear Alliance News - The bears didn't decide to join alliances with the bed sheets so I was able to get near bed since OH is enjoying herself in Barcelona. She doesn't have to fight for the covers with 3 bears. Lucily they have not worked out how to use the internet or tv YET!

That is some list for the week.

My list for the next 2 days looks like this

    1 - Washing
    2 - Ironing
    3 - Washing Up
    4 - Cleaning - Hoovering and dusting
5 - Gym (Monday and Tuesday)
6 - Tidy computer desk at least an hour. Monday will be main gym and tuesday pool
7 - Tidy bed side table
8 - Tidy electronics drawer and try and get rid of red box under desk
9 - Try out to Easthampstead house - trying to visit places where Henry VIII would have been and the links to his wives. Visited Hampton Court Palace the other week so have done the major and have seen his tomb at St George Chapel, Windsor Castle.

Morning everyone, I'm up early but can't start getting ready as Dad's in the shower. Don't want t go back to sleep because I won't be able to get up when I do need to. So a super-early post from me :D

Lara what a horrible week, glad you got chance to relax over the w/e though. Dinah looks like you've been busy!! I've had a lovely weekend, though didn't make a dent in the ebaying. My first attempt at aubergine parmigiana went well on Saturday (even if OH did say it was 'watery') and we went out for an 8 mile walk yesterday which was hard going as we haven't been too regularly lately but we did see a deer which was really exciting. Oh and my little portable telly gave up the ghost without warning but instead of buying a fancy-pants flat screen one, I went to cash converters and got a big old fashioned glass-screen one for £20 - not sure if it's quite worthy or a twirly Martin but I thought it was fairly moneysaving.

In the spirit of things I'm going to post my to do list for the week later on, but in the meantime I've managed to pload my Paris photos on FB so if you want to have a look, hope this works: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=267065&id=575970720&l=2cce747b1f

And now it's almost seven so I'm off to get ready for Monday at Work :(

    *edit*

    OK here goes:

    1. Sort internet banking for ISA
    2. Photograph and list items on Turbolister ready to be listed on Thursday
    3. Finally sort out recycling two mobiles
    4. Finish and post the nine Dooyoo reviews I’ve been half working on forever
    5. Have a proper look at Poolie’s spreadsheet and car figures – MOT looming
    6. Sort Mount Paperwork
    7. Find library book on Photoshop so I can play with my new software
    8. Father’s Day present
    9. Find cheapest travel insurance
    10. Gym at least twice and restart 100 sit-ups thing

My actual list is much longer, but I won't bore you with all my washing and ironing, and I've tried to keep it vaguely moneysaving. Annoyingly I've left my memory stick at home so can't get on with any reviews or comps (it has my roboform data on) at work (:o)

Seeing how it seems we're doing lists this week, here's mine:
    1. Ring Abbey over ISA log in
    2. Ring Tescos about CC
    3. Not fail my CBT
    4. List/turbolist ebay items on/for Thursday
    5. 3 DooYoo Reviews
    6. 3 NSDs
    7. Stay under budget (currently stands at £2.73 left in my purse)
    8. Get back on Veggie diet
    9. Warn mother she'll have the company of OH for an hour this afternoon
    10. Find a good deal for bulk buying Whiskers Pouches online (beat last find of 19p per pouch)
Poolie - 200 miles on half a tank of petrol is great! I think the bears might be biding their time, waiting until you think you're safe before joining alliances..

Tete - Those pictures are lovely! I don't know why you were worried you weren't going to get great shots with your older camera, it takes pretty clear pictures to me! Your 8 mile walk puts my 2 mile walk to shame (even then it was only a mooch) I think your TV deserves a twirly Martin as, in a way, you've saved about £150! :money:

Yawning my head off already! Need to go get a coffee, can't focus my eyes on the paper. Doesn't help Mr Wogans voice is amazingly soothing, it's like being read to by your Grandpa!

It is, I really like the Wogan show on a morning actually I think it's really funny. 1000 times better than that fat git on the other side sneering at everybody.

Yeah camera is ok but my Lumix was loads better. We saw the better version than the one I got at Christmas in Tesco at the weekend for cheaper than OH paid for the other one for me so he's going to replace it for me after he gets paid bless him.

Sooo tired now after my early morning!!

    Oo, the claws are out!
I prefer the music Wogan plays too, a bit of Jo-Bro in the morning never hurt anyone.

That's so sweet of your OH Tete. OH was really upset when I got my camera the other week, turns out he was going to get me one as a late birthday present when we go to Kent. I felt so bad!

Just having my Coffee now, going to have a click around here then get to work once it's (hopefully) kicked in.

    I can't stand him, he's such a bully.

I'll have to give him something towards it I think, but if I'd done the same to something of his, or anyone's, I'd replace it. Bless your OH, it's awful when that happens! Mine never bought anything for himself for months but just before his birthday and xmas he started 'treating himself' to all the things I'd been thinking of getting him
