Not quite as good as the ING but still not bad:
Egg 2.5% AER.
The savings account from Egg* pays 2.5% AER, with 1.25% of this a bonus lasting for 12 months. This rate applies for new Egg customers with balances from £1 to £100,000.
Although Egg and Citibank are part of the same company, they are separately UK registered with the FSA, meaning you get £50,000 of UK FSCS protection with each bank.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Hmm, I think I'll be cheeky and go for the egg one. I'll have a proper look into when I have the afternoon off tomorrow, so many to choose from!0

Good morning! Wow good news about the house savings, Dinah!

Oops posted that accidentally. I reckon you should clear the cc too Birdie. Why don't you get an ISA that's really hard to access to help stop the temptation of dipping into it? It has been working for me for the last few years.:A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0

I am havign trouble finding a costume. They are all either too frumpy or way too short. Don't particularly want everyone seeing my bum! Just want something in the middle.0

Can you just find a white/silvery summer dress (not too short, not too frumpy!) and dress it up with wings and a halo? New Look's usually good for white summer dresses, or try Primark, Bay Trading etc
ETA: If you do that you can wear the dress again in true MSE style!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
I was thinking of that, my sister might actually have a white dress which i could borrow. Then i could buy wings and halo. Sounds like a plan actually!0

I'd much rather wear a nice dress than a cheaply made, ill fitting 'one size fits all' costume! This dress is only £14 from ASOS:Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0
