You'd better believe it! I'm surprised she didn't get them ingraved to say 'Best Buds'!
Poddle, the jobs sounds great, charm their socks off! And the cakes (all of them!) sound lovely! If you make a Dinosaur cake I want to see pictures!
Off home now to use my hot rollers to make my hair all big and curly and then off out for dinner with my family and as Mum and Dad are paying I'll be getting pudding too so there!
ETA: Argh! Forgot about Aerial Extreme! Scared! Will let you know how it is and show you pics of me looking terrified!

I noticed in an ad that if you buy Easy Living magazine you get a free Cath Kidston washbag, I saw it and thought of you!

Eeee, I saw that! But I had to behave. *sigh* Next months Glamour Magazine is Benefit mascara so I'll save my magazine fix until then!

Just about to start the list of daily comps. OH has bought his laptop over so I can do it in peace! Getting excited over Eurovision :rotfl: have £1 backing Sweden!

Have fun at your Aerial course thingy Birdie! You should have the biggest yummiest pudding you can get tonight mainly because it's your birthday, but you can tell yourself you'll burn off the calories tomorrow.

Thats a real pain with the ironers (is that what you can call them?) Pilchard, I agree with Dinah. They've lost a potential customer by not giving you the discount.

My Grandad is talking about signing our premium bonds over to us. Now they've dropped the rates ect he says it's not worth the time and we'll get more in savers (has Martin called him?!) We can either keep them in Premium Bonds, or put them into various savers. Pretty scared as it's quite a big chunk of money (for me) and I don't know what to do with it at all! *insert potential panic attack here*

Have a nice night everyone, off to the land of the comps!

    Morning everyone,

Thought i would pop in and say hello before i head off to work! Hope everyone is ok today.

Well just had the post come and in it was a letter from HSBC about OHs PPI claim, as expected they have said no. Is it just me or are banks really patronising? The whole way about their letter was patronising and treating us like children! They make out like i dont know what im talking about - dont they know i have been on this website!!! Grr makes me mad. Anyway thats on my list of things to do when i get home from work - write the second letter, if they think i am giving up that easily they are wrong!!

Also was having a look through some cupboards lastnight and found a sky digital box, out of interest i had a look on ebay and they are selling for anthing from £15 to £25, so think i am going to list that tonight aswell.

    Busy day for me today!!!

btw Dinah, I forgot to say great news on possible exhibition - I only remembered when I was looking at the local events mag today. Would be very cool to showcase your work especially if you get to have a posh opening to boot :) there are oodles of talented artists here in Brighton, but I know that it's just a case of getting a break, so fingers crossed!

Keep persevering with the bank Flower! I know they can be really horrid and patronising, but otherwise they have to admit that they're in the wrong and I sense they don't like that! It will be worth it in the end :)

Evening everyone, although judging by how quiet it is most of you are busy.

Flower, I know what you mean about banks although Northern Rock didn't want to get into a dispute with me so agreed a figure.....and then have done nothing else about it! I'm now still waiting for them and/or the Ombudsman to get in touch.

Did a MS today but I'm so rubbish that 2 years ago my YEARLY income was £120 and last year it was £99. It's not worth the time or effort so this year I'm going to have to hit the MS thread and see where I'm going wrong. Looks like I can claim for more than I thought, though so I'm going to keep parking tickets etc and try to devise a spreadsheet to keep track.

Right, off to use the treadmill (God help me!!!) xx
Let's start again (really need a kick up the bum now) :wall:
