    Have PM'd you.
  • I fell for the hype!! Arm and hammer /enamel care works as well. The colgate is nice but not worth the money imho.
  • I've used Vitint safe and white toothpaste and currently using Boots expert whitening toothpaste. What is the difference between the two and which one is better?

What whitening toothpastes have you tried and would recommend?

I've used Crest toothpaste and whitesrips, and other brands and haven't really noticed any difference..

Teeth aren't that bad, but definitely not white..

I've tried them all and to be honest I don't rate any of them. Sorry, no help at all :D

    Hiya

I use Blanx or Rembrandt - They are both brilliant. I started using them for our wedding last year and found such a difference that I tend to use them all the time. I would say Rembrandt is my fave.

They are about £8 each but I think its well worth it. I think you get what you pay for when it comes to these kinds of toothpastes.

My pearly whites CLICK ( and I was a smoker at the time )

  • Lovely white teeth :) (nice wedding pic. too :)) I might try Rembrandt. Is it available in Boots?

  • dont waste your money on the new tiny colgate one, its not any better than any others ive used and costs a fortune for what you get. i really like arm & hammer (stock up when boots has a bogof) :) but not sure it has flouride in it. not sure what that does but i was told by a dentits to get toothpaste that contains it! i would really recommend an electric toothbrush too, i couldnt go back to a normal one. i was also told by a dentist that the whitening kits you get arent really any good and if you want your teeth whitened get it done professionally. :)
  • Is that alot?

It's for upper and lower trays, and gel. Price quoted by my local dentist.

I've had the trays made which are sitting at the dentists, but haven't paid the £500 yet. He's a good bloke, just that I wonder that it seems like alot of money when you see prices of £200 thrown about.

How much is reasonable? What about ultraviolet?

    Thanks :)
