    Use water with it.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

I've been using it for 2 weeks and I'm not impressed. It's nothing like a 'professional' clean. I feel as though it should come with a special brush or something - it's just like the old fashioned Pearl Drops. And Pearl Drops was less than useless too.

ive used it and im not impressed at all £3.50 for a dinky tube! i normally use and electric toothbrush and arm & hammer toothpaste and my teeth felt no cleaner with the colgate! not worth the money in my opinion. :)

I used it for several weeks - probably closer to a couple of months now - my teeth feel really clean, although it hasn't had any effect on the plaque I admit I have between my bottom front teeth.

One worrying thing was when I used it twice in 10 days, I ended up with a very sore mouth - the inside of my lips were very sore, my tongue felt stuck in the bottom of my mouth, all very unpleasant. I've stuck to once a week (on a Sunday) since then.
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.
