Excellent. Some things are not worth taking a risk on and your health is definately one of them. No ones health has ever suffered through having teeth that aren't persil white.0

whats the best thing i can do to to get them a little better looking than they are?0 -
All over the counter stuff will do is remove staining. It will not change the underlying colour of your teeth, no matter what the advertising claims.
Stay off stuff that stains eg corsodyl mouthwash , smoking , black coffee , black tea, cola etc. If you want to use something to remove stains then use something with bicarbonate of soda in it. Don't use pearl drops , euthymol, eucryl etc as very abrasive and will wear enamel away.
See a dental hygienist for a proper scale and polish , this may do alot if you have staining and will make them feel nice.0 -

ill be due another check up soon anyway and always get a scale and polish, my own fault really for not having white teeth i was guilty of not looking after them, now they are yellow i regret it now. I will change to a bicarb toothpaste and see how i get on. Many thanks for your advice.0 -

Don't beat yourself up about it! Your teeth would probably be the colour they are whatever. I have always looked after my teeth and I dont drink coffee nor red wine and my teeth at 65 are the most disgusting yellow in spite of regular hygienist appointments. Am off the chart according to my dentist.0 -
Hi all,
I'm constantly getting Groupon/KGB deals for discount teeth whitening. I'd love to get this done but I am unsure of which procedure is best value for money and actually works! I would be really interested to know if anyone else has used these offers to get their teeth whitened, and their thoughts on the outcome!
Many Thanks0 -
See a dentist. Thats the best offer. If a dentist is not doing it then its illegal.0

Try reading this thread then consider if you want to trust the health of your teeth and mouth to someone who is not qualified doing a proceedure illegally.
