Never heard of the company or "cold light lasers". In my experience lasers work really well at extracting money from you but less well at actually whitening your teeth.0

Apart from the outright lies on the website
"laser" all places using lasers have to register by law ..these beauty shops are using nothing fancier than blue light.
tetracycline and fluoride discolouration is removed..... err no , tetracycline staining is resistant to whitenening and white spots such as fluorosis are made worse by whitening.
We train dentists to do whitening.... I doubt it as the general dental councils position is that it is illeagal for anyone other than a dentist to whiten teeth.
There is nothing about possible pitfalls to whitening... it wont lighten crowns and fillings, and site just talks about it being inadvisable to whiten teeth that have periodontal (gum ) problems. How assured would you be that a beautician with a couple of hours training could spot any dental problems that would make whitening a bad idea?
As to "clinic"... it's beauty parlours nothing more nothing less.
Don't let an unqualified stranger put an unknown chemical in your mouth. Speak to a professional ie a dentist first.0 -
Thanks for the advice brook2jack. That's the downside of seeing the dentist every 9months, I always forget then it's a long wait until the next one!0

It's often a few days before you notice the difference.
Have patience! How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -
Hahahaha I was Jk...happy to wait. V exciting.0

Hi There,
I have used Crest White Strips. I found them excellent and they lifted coffee stains and cigarette stains that whitening tooth paste cant remove. I actually bought them in America and have since been selling them. If you want to PM me for details go ahead.0 -
Teeth whitening are in demand and preferred process in the cosmetic amenities. There are many products and procedures available to brighten the teeth. The process, cost and time are so varied that it leaves a person in the ocean of information. If you choose to go for the process you have to choose the product/procedure suitable for you.
While a disadvantage of any teeth whitening process is that its effects will fade with time, a benefit of whitening in general is that as a process it makes no structural changes to a tooth. At some point in the future you can decide to or decide not to under go the teeth whitening process again. Either choice is entirely optional and this leeway may make teeth whitening the best solution for your cosmetic needs.
