Go and enjoy yourself! Perhaps let Dave spend his money, and you can enjoy being made a fuss of! You deserve it!

good on you Taye. Just stick to doing what you feel comfortable with and don't let Dave push you into something you're not ready for.

I'm really pleased you're going. Make sure you have fun time as well as using the opportunity to have a heart-to-heart, face-to-face chat. This is the ideal chance to have a weekend just being you, rather than mum first and foremost. I don't know whereabouts in the south you are going but I'm sure you can find some nice places to visit, wherever it is.

I can't wait for the update after the weekend. Wishing you the very best and hope you have a truly wonderful weekend together.

It's ok to be afraid of your feelings, just remember that you have them because you like him.

Fancying someone involves being a little "out of control" because your body & mind are reacting to him. Try to see it as a good thing (and take a few deep breaths ;))

I am glad you've decided to take the plunge & go, just breathe slowly & enjoy, oh & don't forget to update us when you get back :D

I second this post! When you are falling for someone it's like being on a rollercoaster emotionally. Just hold on tight and you'll be fine!

And I second this. It sounds like you really need someone to make a fuss of you and make you feel loved and cherished.

You won't have the distraction of having to keep and eye on your children, so you can really get to know him, let him know why you are reticent.

    Enjoy yourself!

    Yay; have fun!

One piece of advice (sorry, I really wanted to word it differently!): try to relax and live in the moment instead of worrying about all sorts of dull, practical and scary things that could ruin it. Deep breaths and enjoy London; sadly I think (a lot of) rain is forecast so bring a jacket! But if it's clear The London Eye would be a must. :)
