Great news P.Girl :T
My good news for today is that the cheque we where expecting from the shares we sold finally arrived, and when we put it into the bank we found out we where not as overdrawn as we thought so for the fisrt time in about 6 months both his and my bank accounts are in credit :j we actually have money that we can call our owneven if its only for a few days :rotfl:
Also took all the odd euros i had lying around from travels abroad into the post office and got them changed up which gave us an extra £20 :j plus just came home and found some more
Got some freebies as well which also adds to a day.
But i suppose the best news is that my OH and i seem to have finally come together over our money situation he has really made some great steps today and seems to have taken all he read on board so fingers crossed the only way is up. :jSuccess means having to worry about every thing in the world......EXCEPT MONEY. So pleased about that Queen B :T:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

After getting the weekly email from Martin, I remembered from last week about recycling mobile phones & the sites suggested.
Well since my old sim card was disconnected today I have gone & traded in my phone for £19.45 in argos vouchers. Now since I don't want anything from argos, my mom who does, is gonna give me the cash which will then go on a card!
I usually give my sis my old phones (can't this time & diff networtk & it is locked), but she has had 2 from me now & knows where the one she doesn't use is...so have also traded that one in & she is taking a jiffy bag home with her when they come & will post that off & I will get the argos vouchers for mom to convert to cash for me, another £16 there.
Now to find the one before that one that was really crap I wouldn't give my sis and that would be a further £11, but really not sure where that one is!0 -
My good news for today is that i have managed to pay £452.85 off my debt, and one debt that was only £3.60 when i phoned up to pay it they said they had no record of it and it must have been a mistake (i am sure i paid the full amount when i closed the account but then a bill for £3.60 turned up so i was just going to pay it no questions) not much but still £3.60 closer, :jOfficial DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 086Proud to be dealing with my debts !Total Debt: Was £6368.84  now £945.36Sealed Pot Challenge 049 Aim £5000
