Wow Marieb thats fantastic!!
Did you have to coerce your OH into giving up? I quite want to but OH is fully committed. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Had a lovely surprise in the post today. A cheque for £2250.00. This was compensation for a car accident I had last year. This will pay off my Barclaycard off £1640.00 and put £610.00 towards my student overdraft.
Bills left to pay will then be
Student overdraft £575.00
Northern Rock Loan £4765.00
In-laws £3000.00
Student Loan £12200 approx.
Debt at highest £23700.14 (Dec 05)
Debt now £20540.00 (March 06)0 -

I got a rather unexpected cheque in the post when I got back from visiting the folks yesterday. £189 from Barclays as they had not calculated my interest correctly when paid off my graduate loan early a couple of years ago!! Thing is I got a similar one (more money) about 6 months ago. Not going to say anything as this means that our Mint card will be paid off a month early!!!!
