Hi Nelski, great to see you again! Lovely pic;)

But you don't have to be able to cook nowadays. It is (so I'm told) quite possible to feed yourself and your family without ever having to resort to more than opening a packet. A sorry state of affairs.

Edited to say thanks Nelski for the Brad Pitt pic- truly gorgeous- any Johnny Depp on you?

yes I know what you're saying thriftlady and as you probably know I do dabble a bit with the old cooking lark but living on your own often means packets can be a reasonable choice occasionally (I guess its the word occasionally that counts though)

Anyways as requested (I am going to be in sooooooo much trouble with pink and Penny Penguin at this rate:rotfl:)

Me and Johnny on the family yaght (im taking the picture);) btw I allowed him a small wine after he had done all the drying up (note the teatowel still in his pocket  )

stressedoutmum - Rzl is still around on mse in fact shes coming up here in May to spend some of her carefully budgeted for savings (I will make her overspend though you see:D) Ticklemouse is on my facebook and seems to be enjoying her husband free life:T Dont know about Queenie or Curry Queen though they were top posters and I miss them - queenie used to scare me though:D

Wannabe - least it wasnt a shot of whiskey I suppose;) Bit of spoiling of little bear wont go amiss Im sure.

Right I am going for real now before the OS BGs chase me off with the thread brush.

Thanks for all the nice comments I remember why I liked it on here now.

NOTE - dishwasher not yet emptied:rolleyes: must try harder:o

Nelski - How lovely to see you back! We do miss you, you know. And I for one don't mind how OS you aren't.

Penny_Pincher - Hope you feel up to relaxing in this lovely sun.

Noahspennilessmummy - thanks for the tip about the Loyd Grossman sauces! I bought a jar at our Co-op this morning - I do prefer HM, but a jar is such a help on days I'm not up to proper cooking.

Must go, I really ought to Stardrops the bathroom tiles :o and keep putting it off.
