I believe diversity strengthens the gene pool, I think they had a bad problem in Finland with this problem.
Of course if they they don't integrate then the opposite will be the case in that particular immigrant community:eek:'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. I know that I'm supposed to be him, but then I've been accused of being just about every poster on here at one time or another. I worry sometimes that MSE is my personal blog and I'm the only 'real' person here.
Hmnn, note to self: Must stop posting racist remarks as Topov and dervish. Must also stop posting depressing remarks as half of the other users in here. Must also stop trying to 'ramp up' the housing market as the remaining half of users in here. There, this is the last post ever in MSE.Mortgage Free in 3 Years (Apr 2007 / Currently / Δ Difference)

Not sure about immigration (actually I am sure it is the best thing for this country or any other) but I reckon the budget definitely scored a few points in encouraging emigration.I think....0

this poorly shot and poorly researched speech is a load of tosh.
mr griffin says he wants the "special rights" of "aboriginal" people such as native american indians, maoris and australian aboriginals. in this case, i suggest we kick him out of his home, take his possessions, murder and/or rape several members of his family and leave him to rot in the new aboriginal "reserve" placed on the least fertile and least hospitable territory in the land with no hope of decent employment or subsistence. maybe in a few centuries when any ancestors he may have left have been driven to drink, drugs and despair we’ll offer them a few tokenistic "rights" by way of apology. what's the one and only example of such "rights" mr griffin gives? that some native american indians of one particular US state can now set up a casino with a little less bureaucracy than the rest of the american population. whoopidoo. i bet they are rubbing their hands in glee that their ancestors were raped and pillaged.
as for aboriginal “britons”. the united kingdom was only created as a country in 1801 formed from the kingdom of britain created in 1707 made up from the kingdom of scotland (created in 843), kingdom of england (927), kingdom of ireland (1541). so to claim there are “britons” going back 6000 years is a complete farce. let’s face it, with northern ireland along with the scilly isles, isle of man, isle of skye etc etc we can’t even really claim to be an “island nation”, the borders are arbitrary.
let’s look at another of the bnp’s ridiculous ideas. the repatriation of all non-indigenous britons, or “racial foreigners” as the bnp would like us to call them.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/politics/8011878.stm
unfortunately for them, as a species humans do tend to breed with other humans. take me for example. from all outward appearances i’m a white briton. but infact my mother is a brown skinned anglo-indian born and raised in india (actually some french and portugeuse mixed in too). so where would the bnp suggest she lives? india is unlikely to have her back since she had to choose british nationality over indian. and what about me as her offspring but with an (as far as i know) white english father? then there is my husband, an iranian. would the bnp suggest we divorce and my husband go back to iran? if so do they support breaking up families, removing parents from their children etc? i bet there are very few families without some sort of recent immigrant somewhere along the extended family tree.
and what of the so-called indigenous britons living overseas. do the bnp think they should all be sent back here? so that’s the various inhabitants of the falkland islands, austrailia, usa, new zealand, canada plus expats in every other corner of the world?
due to technological and transport advances mass immigration and mixing between humans born, or whose parents were born, in different countries is a reality and is only going to increase. anyone who thinks otherwise is like king canute trying to turn back the sea.
dna evidence proves separate races of humans do not actually exist. we know where ideologies to keep these so-called (non existent) races pure leads. we have only to look to nazi germany for evidence. Those who will not reason, are bigots, those who cannot, are fools, and those who dare not, are slaves. - Lord Byron0 -
2 Legal immigrants (the minority of immigrants) then proceed to take their net income out of the country which is very bad for the UK.
I am a legal immigrant in this country, so there are many of my friends. The amount of money we have contributed to this country, I am sure some of British people even could not be able to do it. Let's do the caculation here... We came to this country at the age of 16 to study at a Boarding school which cost our parents approx 20k a year for 2 years, then went to university, tutition fees for us are 3 times higher than home student, approx 10k per year plus living cost in total approx 30k per year, 3 years undergraduate course which cost us nearly 100k there, plus one year master degree at least another 30k. Only for us to study here we contribute to this country's economi is about 150k each. We never claimed a penny from the British government. Some of us continued living in this country legally after study, and we even contribute more to this country. My parents just invested a business here which cost them over half a million and this business will give local British people at least 40 job opportunities.0 -

Is the population of these islands at 60+ million sustainable?
No (unless we all want to be vegans and get around on bikes)
Is the world population at 6.7 billion and growing sustainable?
Probably not - certainly not if they aspire to our standard of living.
What can I do about other countries in the world?
Very little.
What can I do about this situation in my own country?
Campaign and vote for honest government.
Try to reduce my (over) use of diminishing resources
Etc
Etc.
Almost EVERY decision we take has implications for our children's future.
What can my government do?
Produce a plan for a generation (30 years). Not lie to us for the next 18 months in a pathetic attempt not to worry the sheeple and so get re-elected..
[A former socialist party planned right through the worst ever world war - for a post war "utopia" of a "Land fit for Heroes" - A lot of it was garbage, but at least they tried.]
The longest journey starts with a single step?
1. Tell us the truth [Reality: sack the civil servant who leaks the truth].
2. Stand up at the United Nations and tell the truth.
3. Get on top of the shambles that is current immigration [non] policy.
[Did anyone else listed to that Radio play on the BBC yesterday? It was about as realistic as Dixon of Dock Green. However it suggested that there are 450,000 "legacy" asylum cases of people, where no decision has [theoretically] been made for years - they are not in the statistics, just here and renewing on short term visas. Limbo land zombie people.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00jvdhd/Afternoon_Play_3000/ ]
4. Encourage students and workers (if the economy needs them) to come here on "guest" Visas. While they were here, they would be expected to learn some English and basic facts about Britain and the Western world.
Make it clear that each of them as individuals will be offered matched funding from our aid budget when they go home (ie we pay the aid via individuals rather than directly to their corrupt governments or the rapidly growing aid industry).
Any abuse of our hospitality would mean deportation.
If their government decided to murder them then the money would stop.
5. Accept people as individuals, but require them to pass some qualification and behavour exams over a number of years before getting a right to remain and later a citizen qualification (Switzerland - where I used to live as an illegal migrant worker - had a system something like this, with A B & C permit people.) A migrant would be able to bring over family members, but they too would need to pass examinations of behaviour and qualifications.
Well there are a few thought starters.
Harry.
