I read the court listings for Monday 6th of June and it said that the defendants were not required in court perhaps that will explain why he was seen today in a cafe in Gt. Yarmouth having a fry up. It seems he is on holiday with his wife and four kids but probably not at the Haven caravan park where he worked the same con in 2003 as reported in the Ipswich Evening Star website when I put his name in the search box for any news and up popped a picture of Mr. Fisher trying to hide under an umbrella which is how we know it was him who was seen today on holiday in Yarmouth. Ah well looks like he has used some more delaying tactics to get out of going to court but on the bright side it is pouring with rain lets hope his caravan roof leaks on him.

The odd thing is that because there's already some legal action in process, his collapsed production in yarmouth got ZERO publicity locally or regionally.

Just thought I'd put an update on here about these pairs current activities.

Someone I know had the misfortune of meeting him a few months ago when he advertised wanting some help looking after his dad who has dementia.

so she worked for him for a month looking after his dad for which he still owes her some money for.

During this time Michael Fisher coerced her into working with him to start a sandwich wholesale business in Ipswich. He went out and hired a unit and 5 staff started trading this flopped within a week but my friend made him pay all the people he employed.

It was is employees that found out about this tread and his previous exploits.

Since then more and more has come to light. He tried to pay the landlord with a cheque drawn on is Mum and Dads account (his Mum died 3 years ago). He started at least another 10 businesses from the unit.

His wife is just as bad they have 4 children all of them with "problems" and are all on DLA.

They have power of Eterny over his fathers money and are using it.

When my friend went to get the money he owes her the wife said he had left her.

Just herd he is in custody and been refused bail not quite sure why but I do know trading standards are gunning for him so If anyone else has information about him please contact them to make the case against him as strong as possible. and hopefully put him away for a long time.

Just heard that he was due in court on July 2nd but pleaded guilty at the last minute aparrently to prevent trading standards prosecuting his wife. He is now due in court on Thursday 8th August for sentencing with the possibility of getting up to 10years.

Just to let everyone know that he was given forty months which means he will only have to serve twenty as reported in the Ipswich Evening Star today 08/08/2013.

I don't have the faintest how the legal system works, but is it possible to get a proceeds of crime order, maybe make him sell his house to repay his victims?

OMG to think he's done all these other things makes me sick to my stomach glad this thread has helped others I was quite shocked when I came across it since it was started years ago just shows the power of the internet

im so glad he has been locked up as he cheated us out of a holiday.
