Mum got me some for Christmas, we got them on ebay for less than £20. They are fab - the brand is called 'me2', they heat up to 200, 210 or 220 degrees which is fine for me. Oh, and they came with a free heat proof mat.Official DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0

According to my daughter (a hairdresser) the cheaper ones are fine if you've got fairly straight hair that's not too thick, but if you've got loads of hair and it's curly (or wiry) only the expensive ones will straighten it and keep it straight for hours.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
how about GHS straighteners..i ordered the ones that were 30 quid and cos they were out of stock i got sent the 1 which was 40 quid! They are apparantly better than GHD ones..
