    I think my concern is when the OR want to phone me to make the formal appointment, I'm not allowed to have my mobile on me during the day so my only contact number would be my works number - just makes it more complicated, especially as at work I'm known by my second name and not my first name!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I'd suggest letting the OR know your preferred/recognised name.
