    It is house-buying day in the local paper and there are a couple of houses in my chosen area that would be affordable if it were not for the debt :mad:

    I HAVE to get this cracked!!

    On a positive note - I left the snowball calculator open on my laptop and OH saw it the other day. Today he said "you left that spreadsheet thing open - is it really true that everything will be paid by next year?"......so I replied that it will be if we keep going and working at it, so I am hoping that it will encourage him to take a bit more interest in the whole thing.

    Certainly, its not a bad thing for him to be aware of!

    although, I have just thought that maybe he will be looking at trying to buy a new car or motorbike this time next year :rolleyes: hmm, must get in first with the housebuying :rotfl:

    and the more I think about it, the more I can see him going into "auto trader" mode :rolleyes:

    If there's a lunch challenge going on can I join you?
    I've just got a hand held PDA system for the taxi which means I can have it switched on in the house and have a cup of tea and lunch at home meaning I'll save money and can stick to a healthy eating plan.

    of course you can, taxi! I need all the help I can get to stick with this one.......I don't feel like preparing lunch first thing in the morning, so need a push to do so!
