BMI Baby cancels Cardiff - Almeria route

We got ours back too. Again in the letter it said as a gesture of good will!!! Ha - that's a laugh!!!
No mention of compensation for various long phone calls with useless customer service people that they charge at 65p per minute!!!
Never again am i using BMI baby!!

Faro airport to Isla Canela,near Ayamonte ,almeria..see via michelin 77km

Isla Canela, near Ayamonte is on the Portugese / Spanish border, It is no- where near Almeria, neither the Province (not district) nor the city. The coastal boundary of the Almeria Province goes from Motril in the west to Despenaperros in the east.

Try putting in Faro Airport to Almeria Airport into via mitchellin.

As I previously said, I have driven the Malaga to Almeria route several times in the past few weeks, and its around 200km and takes 2 and a half hours depending on traffic. Nil-desporandum has also confirmed this in his posting.

Using route planners / sat nav etc is very useful, but it does help to back it up with some basic geographical research. Imagine how devastated someone would be if they took your advice and booked on a flight to Faro then jumped in a taxi to Almeria, expecting it to be 77km away, not 640km!

Just had an email to say E Mids flight in Oct is cancelled so I will be asking fan-of-ezio for a copy of the letter :mad:. Am SO bloody annoyed, first they changed the times from 8pm to 10am, so had to book an extra days leave, now I need to rebook, probably getting into bloody Stansted at 23.10 :mad:.
