Sounds like a pretty good list to me. I still need to do my ironing, and I also need to declutter a fair bit to charity shops etc today, so I will be working to the same sort of agenda I reckon!

    Have a productive day x

    So
    - 8 items decluttered - I don't know why I find it so hard! I am so attached to everything!
    - new bank account opened at a better rate
    - old mobile posted for a cheque worth £30ish
    - ironing done but also more added to the pile
    - change of name arranged for bank accounts!
    - wedding cash deposited (I thought we had done it all!)

Am now on my way into central London where I have a good contact to sell the broken jewellery and then for some window shopping and maybe a small treat to celebrate the new job. Then going to arrange to meet OH for a bite to eat and a drink before heading home!

    Hope you are winning Hypno!

    Hey urg,

Will catch up with diary but just wanted to say congratulations on the job, that's fab news. See you are still de-cluttering, I am the clutter queen, really should take a leaf out your book x

    Morning All

My back is still very sore and am struggling to find a good position.

I did quite well yesterday - didn't really spend as much as a usual trip into town costs. A couple of treats and a nice cream tea in the afternoon. Met OH in town and we treated ourselves to dinner before heading home.

The good thing about my sore back is that I can't sit on my a*se all day so will hopefully get a few things done today! Here's my list
    • washing
    • ironing
    • clean bathroom
    • wash kitchen floor
    • declutter at least 10 items
    • pay in cheques at bank
    • walk for at least 30 minutes
    • finish off thank you cards
    • knitting - still trying to complete gift for sil who is due to give birth later this month (don't think I'll get it done but want to have a good go!)
    • have a look at local college course catalogue and decide what to do
    • clear hall way - it's been a while since it's had a good dust and sort:o
    • something nice for me - maybe paint my nails!
    • find contract and sign and get ready to take back to work.
That's all I can think of for now!

That sounds like more than enough
  • Congratulations on the job Urg, that is cool, not so good on the back, I fell down the stairs in exactly the same way, God in Heaven it hurt! and occasionally if I sit down for too long it still does.

Sounds like you had a good day yesterday and that is an impressive list - I shall go and make a similar list in my diary.

    xxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

Hey Taxi - lovely to see you here! Hope you aren't feeling too sick!

Buffy - have you spotted my obvious omission - to list some items on ebay/amazon. I seem to have a 'la la la la' situation in relation to this! REally must get some things on the list. Look forward to reading your list but must now get up to head to town!

a short update - more to do but I have found that my back has needed a rest. Will be busy tomorrw but hope to do more off the list and a few more things! I have decided to also list my 10 items daily as I need to push myself!

    Books x 3
bag of items to take to work to use up - counts as 1
Papers (either recycled or shredded) - counts as 1 (Although abag of papers that had been there for ages was eliminated and dealt with!)
Old bras - had kept hem aside to give to charity but am getting a bi mor ruthless - counts as 1
    Total = 6

better had off to bed - see you in the am!
