    Hi

    Thanks for your messages.

Swinstie - don't be silly - I'm not offended at all.

I;ve spent all afternoon with my mum this afternoon - my gran (her mum) came to see her and she had me in tears. Seeing my mum like this is heartbreaking. As much as I am praying for a miracle, I have also got to accept that mum suffered brain damage and is not likely to ever regain consciousness. The staff at the hospital have been great but they can only keep her comfortable - they have done everything that they can for her while she remains unconscious.

I hope you are all well.

    Much love

    Thanks Taxi,

We all keep praying. We're going to try and see the doctors tomorrow and see what the next stage is for her. We're going to have special prayers for her again tomorrow.

It's really making me look at my life - I really need to make sure that I am fit and well as I have so many risk factors. I don't want my future husband or children to have to go through this.

Next year will be hard for me but I am determined to achieve for both me and mum.

I know Urg...things are always put into perspective when these things happen.I've been having the same thoughts regarding my health as well and determined to sort it in 2010.
We can be there for each other while losing weight etc. We'll do it.
