Thanks Taxi, I do have high hopes for 2010. There's always so much to do... but there are some things more important than others. I am starting to think about planning for 2010 and I'm not sure what will feature in my top ten.

I am so tired this evening after a busy weekend. I'm going to go through my list nice and slowly.

I don't blame you going through things slowly. We have to listen to our bodies and take things slower whether we want to or not.

You sound like your weekend has done you the world of good.

Did you enjoy Cadburyworld? My DS is going there on a school trip in a week or so - they reckon it comes under "food technology", "design" and "science" on the curriculum.

A far cry from my school trips

Well - I wonder if he gets to do more that the 'standard' tour.

I guess that all three areas are covered - included being handed chocolate over the tour ;).

We were clever to get there early - by the time we were leaving at noon - the holding area was rammed full of families as well as a multitude of guide and scout groups! We even had the excitement of a 'fire alarm' in the freezing cold.

I am so tired that I am seriously contemplating going to bed. However the kitchen floor is scuzzy and I need to have some ironed clothes for tomorrow. I need to dig deep... I think I'll set the timer and get some of it done.

I don't get a chance to get on here very much at the moment.

I am very busy at work at the moment - I've been working late into the evenings and will have to go in this weekend . It's going to be like this until just before Christmas.

I really need to get myself back into control as I am spending money on lunch everyday and am eating crap as I am too shattered to cook.

I'm not going to have any time to do any wedding stuff and have loads to do for my voluntary job even though I had asked to take things on more slowly.

It all feels like I've gone into superdrive. I am so tired and really need to finish a report today. I knew it would be like this but it's still hard.

I also feel like a terrible fiance. My OH has been off sick and his mum and dad aren't there to look after him. I haven't had the time to visit him - in fact he didn't even tell me he'd stayed home from work because he knew I had too much on my plate. It really made me feel awful.

I am too tired to carry on - I think I will hang out the washing that I put on this morning as I left for work and get another load ready for tomorrow. A good night's sleep will do me the world of good, stop me moaning and make me more alert to cope with things tomorrow.

    Sorry for moaning ...

Sorry to hear how tired you are.
Can you not give your volunatary job up for now as you really can't get that tired/ill that you can't even do your paid job.

    Thanks Taxi

I think I was so tired that I just got really negative. I feel much better at the moment. I slept well and had a fairly relaxed sesson at the voluntary job. The voluntary job doesn't have many tasks this side of Christmas so it will be ok. - I don't really want to stand down as I have just been given a really imported role.

Tonight OH and I are just going to chill out, watch movies and I will catch up on a few easy chores (ironing, hanging out the washing) as well as a few emails. I'm looking forward to it.

I may even try to plan my meals for the rest of the week - it'll help me keep on the straight and narrow during such a busy week.

I'm also going to try and encourage OH to set up a BB account. ;)
