That's fantastic about being under £5k...you've done really well.
I hope your phone turned up!!!0 -
Thanks Taxi
My goal (one of Many for November) is to learn to stick to my budget. It is something I really struggle with!
The phone has arrived and is already up and working.
I am really tired - I have wasted all evening trying to get through to the Oyster card people. I even spent over 30 mins to a phone line after it had closed. I am sooooo angry. I have written a very harsh letter that will be posted tomorrow. I will be without a travelcard for over week given that there will be another postal strike at the end of hte week!!!!!!! Why o why can't things be as easy as it was for my mobile phone!
I am going to surf for a bit to try and relax before tidying up and heading to bed. I'm off to catch up on your escapades!

Thanks for the comments. I can't believe I've got to below £5k!
I am really knackered. Today was supposed to visiting a wedding supplier but OH is a bit unwell so we've rearranged for later in the week. I should be doing loads but have found myself on the sofa! I am giving myself another few minutes of surfing before doing some tidying and a bit of decluttering.
Will update soon

Hi Urg,
Under £5K, fabulous! Hope you get a good nights rest tonight, I've been knackered since the clocks went back, the extra hour didn't do me much good.0 -

- Earn £150 extra cash Earned about £50
- Look after me (weekly facial and go to bed at a reasonable hour) Started off well but not kept it up
- [STRIKE]Keep following flylady[/STRIKE] It's going to be a long time before I get my house to perfect but I do make sure my sink is shined every night before I go to bed.
I kept putting off reviewing October as I kept feeling like I've not achieved but then I decided to look at things more positively. There aren't many things on the list that I have fully achieved but I have moved things forward. I have started my new job and am trying my hardest to carry on doing my old job part-time. We have had a family festival; I've delivered a training day as part of a team for my volutnary job; I attended my good friend's wedding at short notice; I have continued to fit in visits to wedding suppliers; I have continued to reduce my debt and I have managed to keep a clean kitchen and bathroom!
I am juggling lots of balls in the air at the moment and it is hard for me to keep the focus on all of them but I seem to achieving a little in each!
I will continue to be positive and focus on trying to achieve. I am still thinking about the November goals and I think grouping my goals into categories will help me to focus even further. I also need to go back to the annual goals so that I can achieve these as far as I can by the end of the year.

You're doing great Urg! Ah the old shining of the kitchen sink - I keep forgetting to do mines! Don't try to think too far ahead, easy for me to say, I want to be debt free right now. Stay positive x
P.S. Well done on the weight loss, 3.5lbs is brilliant!0 -
OK thicko here hadn't read it right and thought you also had a pile of wedding jobs (paid part time jobs or odd jobs to pay for individual bits of your wedding which I thought was brilliant idea)
Was just reading thinking OMG job number 5 URG slow down.
