It is if you buy the softaware & cable, but it will cost you £250 plus. The best thing to do is to contact your network provider/market stall, or a pro unlocker, which should cost you around £10/15.

The 6303 is a BB5 phone and can be unlocked for around £20/30. Contact your network provider and see how much they charge.
