BB5 phone I’m afraid, as there are no remote codes, only your network provider/market stall, or pro unlocker can help here.

Try another network, it may be unlocked already, or are you sure it's locked to Tesco.

I am certain, once again I got "code error" with a different sim. how did you generate the code?

You said you got code error with another sim, so you put a different network in the phone and tried the code.

yes. it is set to tesco at the moment and I have tried the code with both t-mobile and 02 sims.
