You want see an option, just turn on the phone and start the phone without a sim and then enter the code.

Sorry, “Cannot undo restriction” or “Not allowed” means your phone is now hardlocked, as you have used more than 5 codes and 3 on some models now, so the only solution now, is by taking it to a professional unlocker for direct unlocking. You are able to still use it on it’s original network.

that's unfortunate, I should have attempted it without any sim in the beginning. I am going to trade in the phone now instead. anyway, thanks for your help (I have hit thanks).
