I want to unlock my nokia 6500 from 3 to 02. The imei is 353076020275304. Please could someone talk me through in total noddy steps exactly what to do?

the Nokia 6500 can only be unlocked by a paid for code from 3 at the end of the contract or pay a market stall or shop to do the unlock

thanks, but it gave me a cannot undo restriction message, I double checked the numbers but they are correct.
