Hi, I could really do with some help, I stupidly bought a phone thinking it was unlocked and I'm having trouble unlocking it.

It's a Nokia 2330 Classic, locked to O2.

The IMEI number is 356911035176856.

I hope it's not one of those phones which can't be locked, if anyone can help I'd be really really grateful.

Hi,

I'm trying to unlock a Nokia 6650 on T-Mobile, but it's not working for me.

Firstly, if I remove the SIM it just loads into "offline" mode, so in order to enter the code I put in another network's SIM - is this the right thing to do?

In any case, it didn't work I tried codes 7 and 1 generated from both the gsmliberty.net and trycktill.com sites but both codes (#pw+284405004276313+1# #pw+837561555517474+7#) gave "code error" when I typed them in.

My IMEI is:
353103021086579

And when I put the t-mobile SIM back in the phone merrily deleted all of my contacts from the phone memory!!! (Hopefully I've got them backed up.)

Any help with the unlock codes would be much appreciated.

Its not possible to unlock that phone by free/generated code.

Shop/market stall/provider only.

The 6650 is a BB5 phone which as james-73 says can only be unlocked through your network or a stall/shop.
