Sorry, “Cannot undo restriction” or “Not allowed” means your phone is now hardlocked, as you have used more than 5 codes and 3 on some models now, so the only solution now, is by contacting your network provider/market stall, or pro unlocker.

BB5 phone I’m afraid, as there are no remote codes, only your network provider/market stall, or pro unlocker can help here.
