    HI there.My name is Michael I buy a nokia x3 in the United Kingdom and i believe it is lock on the O2 network. When i try to use a diffrent sim in it it ask me for a restriction code. Can someone please help me with that? the serial is 354348048539568 please

    IMEI: 358238032267332
    MODEL: NOKIA 6700 CLASSIC

    When putting an t mobile sim in it requests a restriction code.
