BB5 phone I’m afraid, there are no free remote codes, you will have to contact your network provider, or a professional unlocker/market stall. There are remote codes, which you can purchase from the web, on certain networks, but they all cost.

thanks. i did read up on base band 5 on wikipedia after posting. jaf box and the cable seems to be about £35.

The Jaf box & the cable will cost you a lot more than £35 take it to a pro unlocker.

It can be unlocked by remote code from the web on certain networks, but they all cost. Contact your network provider, or take it to a pro unlocker.
