BB5 phone I’m afraid, as there are no remote codes, only your network provider/market stall, or pro unlocker can help here

I see that a Nokia 1680 can't be unlocked for free, but does anyone know who is the cheapest? I've asked T-Mobile and they're quoting £15, is there anyone cheaper?

You should be able to pay about £10 from the market stall or a pro unlocker. Check out the adds in the paper or yellow papers.
