Good luck! I'm sure the motivation of the dress fitting will help motivate you. I have 4 weeks until we go on hols so will be joining you in your quest, although i'm following good old RC diet - it works wonders if stick to it and could lose a stone in 4 weeks :-)

oh karen... cambridge diet/lipotrim and others are whats called very low calorie diets - vlcd.
basically you have 3 shakes a day which contains al you need to live on. its like lighterlife too i think.
