Mrs cmr of course we can im doing slimming world red day and i have had natural yoghurt and apple and banana for breakfast i am now going to do some stepping to some banging music so i dont give up and i will keep shouting must loose 24 pounds bla bla hopefully dad will get his treadmill tomorrow so i will have that too... im doing 2 days of cheeky cambridge tuesday wednesday as im not in work and so its easier to do such a low calorie diet, what diet are you doing ?? xxx

uh oh happytobe... i have had 3 biscuits a croissant and philadelphia... not a good start. shall i start tomorrow? im doing lipotrim want to shift 28lbs

if i was you start tomorrow il be doing ss tomorrow and wednesday so we can moan like hell about lack of food haha .... its depressing not eating but ghood luck for tomorrow no fancy blow outs tonight though xxxx

The best advice i was ever given was to eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner/tea like a pauper!!! it really works!!!

I am stuck at my weight, goes down a few pounds but then i get all bloated and it goes back up again:mad: think i may have to start doing some form of excercise, not easy to slot it in with my 2 boys. might try and find a dancy type dvd workout so ds1 can join in too...........should give ds2 a laugh!!!!

Can i join your weight loss gang?? maybe having someone to answer too maight keep me on track???

yes you can join our weight gang I will be either jogging or stepper machine for half hour needs must I will have a wedding dress fitting lady to answer to otherwise and I'd like to avoid that at all costs hehe x

mrs cmr i have a big motive to prevent me from cheating boo hoo so im having my cambridge soup and iwill have my 30 mins on teh stepper also the treadmill will be delivered to my dads on thursday yay so that means i will be some what slimmer sooner yay xxx

Hello people i am very pleased to report that my ppi cheque has arrived for 1113 pounds so thats another 1000 off wedding and hopefully it will be paid yay .... mum is loaning me 1800 so we can have wedding paid and just relax back knowing it will happen then i can pay mum and save for honeymoon and meet my debt targets woo woo xx

well I have spent from half 9 lastnight till midnight vomitting I felt so weak I could not maintain enough energy to hold the sick bucket. I think my body doesn't like quorn sausage hence now I can't go to work till 48 hour clear meaning I go in front of the panel so that's upset me x
