Hiya, have just come across your diary and think you are doing great!!! congrats on the wedding and for getting it for £6!!!! most of the weddings we have been to have cost them upwards of £15k so big pat on the back for you!!!

I too am a nurse although unfortuantly not in the nhs (trying to close our local hospital slowly) what area are you in?? I love wounds and looking into district nursing.......

i will be reading your diary with interest, and wishing you the best of luck clearing your debts. (wish i had a friend promising me a million quid though....)

does your debt include your mortgage??

Hi rags, my debt doesnt include our mortgage thats something i will be tackling when we move in a few years as we are in an house thats a stepping stone its only fit for me and oh .....ahhh shame about your local hospital closing ? ! i have been qualified a short while and i am in intensive care at the moment but prior to that i was doing respiratory medcine i really like respiratory.... i dont like wounds they make me cringe some are so deel i almost faint at times seeing them :P ...... i know pretty impressed with our wedding basically we are having it in a quaint village which looks expensive but isnt and it so hence the cheap rate im very pleased i was willing to spend 30k but we dont have that much lol hence my big wake up call... slow but sure wins the race do you have a df diary ??? im been very naughty and going on sunbeds just to get some base colour xxx:p

tell me more about ur slimming world thing? im desperate to do something. thought about the celebrity slim diet the one with shakes and soup its 34 pounds a week...shh dont tell anyone! ha ha
or i could just chop my leg off then i would be lighter!

Hi, i do have a diary, not sure how to do a link to it but its called "my rags to riches, weight loss, yummy mummy and 'owt else i can think of diary"

I have only been qualified since march 2004, and was in trauma orthopaedics. due to working an hour away i had to leave when i had ds1 as no childcare would look after him knowing i was so far away.........in a nursing home at the mo (but its a really good one)

Good morning people. So no new updates debt wise just plodding along. Managed to decorate the bedroom cheaply and ok very pleased it's one thing I wanted sorting for my wedding a nice bedroom. It's 14 weeks till I get married my gosh signing upto debt my god tut. I'm too tired to write just finished a night shift night x

we really need to decorate.. infact when child #3 was born i said that when he was 5 i would redecorate.. hm he is nearly 5 and no sign of that decorator??!

Penguin thank you... ahhh diet to commence tomorrow how depressing ....all for the greater cause... this continuous debt busting is a drainer if only it would drain some calories with it hehe. You look like you are doing well with your debt free journey just wish it wasnt so painful paying people back hehehe... ahhh i like to think what id be doing now if i had no debt would i be saving like a ranting loony i suppose i would because nothing worth buying at the moment xxx ahhh x
