Thanks Gemmzie Yes I do for the 2 boys. I have the forms for my DD as both her consultants suggested I apply for it to help with bedding costs and clothing costs...the steriod creams and ointments destroy everything!!!!
I have started fillng them in, but had to leave them for a while as they are so repetative....I was going to take pictures and put them into the application, I also have requested that they send out one of their Drs to assess her!! Just to prove that im not lying!!
