This works well for us as there are 5 fully grown adults in the flat so storage is a must have as is plenty of fridge and freezer space.I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy0 -
Those are great pics D&G (what's with the username btw? I'm sure you're not
). Your kitchen looks really practical, I love the style and colour of the fitted units - very modern, and you have a great view out of the window!
I wish my phone's pics were half as clear.I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

My username is to do with when I was at secondary school and sung in a concert. As I was a very bullied teenager I had a very dark outlook on life and with my friend we sung a Linkin Park song called In the end. She got the nickname mad dog due to the rapping she did and I got doom and gloom for the singing and it's stuck ever since lol.
At the moment things look very Doom and Gloom as I've got no job (lost it due to injury about a month ago), got kicked out of college recently as I've been ill got most the year and I still have to pay for my rent and bills  . Thankfully my parents are supporting me with around £210 to pay for everything but it's just getting me by. I am looking for a job again but as I do not know what is making me ill still I'm not sure if it's worth it

Oh poor you. I hope things pick up for you in the new year. You must go to the doctor if your health doesn't pick up, okay?

my kitchen is new , only been in for a few months. i just never thought we could afford a bigger cooker so didn't think about ever having one. just built kitchen according the the white goods etc we had.
always the way tho.0 -
here it is , my little kitchen. sorry not tidied it up before pic's just took them as it is.
now my thinking is about the cooker is if we take out old one and the slim cupboard by side , plus the slim cupboard above that next to back door and the tiny one above oven, then i could fit in a 100cm cooker with a extractor above it.
any other ideas as to where it could go ?
we do have a gas point behind the slim larder cupboard down by dinning table. hubby said he could take out whole kitchena nd re-arrange it now we have blocked up the french doors down dinning table end. he said about havign dinning table up the end by back door and kitchen dinning table end.0 -
what DO you mean... "not tidied up" WHAT?!! tis way tidier than mine!!!!!!! Tis gorgeous!
will you be stuck for storage space if you remove the cupboards next to the cooker to slot a new cooker in?0 -
yes and no. in the small top cupbaord that is the medicine one. all pills potions, plasters , thermometer etc are kept there , as it out of reach of kids. the one next to it , store plastic goods such as jugs , tupperwear etc and the bottom one has bread maker in and more tupperwear. i jsut don't know where it could go if not there.
i do love it. ( i did the tiling) i enjoyed it so much. it was just like doing a puzzle , lol.0 -
Hmm I think that where you want to site the cooker will be quite a snug fit and with it being right next to the back door arent you laying yourself open to temperature fluctuations in the oven with people coming in and out?
Nice kitchen though and if thats before you tidy up when are you coming round to lick my kitchen into shape?:rotfl:
