  • I'd just like to thank HariboJunkie for reigniting my interest in Cath Kidston stuff for my kitchen. Since seeing photos of her lovely kitchen I've been looking for bits and bobs to make my kitchen look nicer.

    Off to trawl eBay again!

Au natural and Woolies are good for Cath Kidston lookalikies. ;) The only genuine CK bit I've got is my cabbage rose ironing board cover which was a cast off from a friend. :D
  • Thanks for that HB, I'm hunting out my local shops, unfortunately no Au Naturel nearby.

  • Great thread! :j
Just discovered it for the first time. Here's my recently 'done up' kitchen. We've lived here for eleven years and I've put up with the other 'manky' one until last month, when DH replaced most of it. I love my kitchen and probably spend most of my time in there. I do try to keep it clutter-free but as you can see, it has the 'lived in' look!

astep, your hubby is a star, you'd never think it would turn into something so fab.

nick, I did hate dark kitchens as a rule, but you've changed my mind.
One day I might be more organised...........

Well I have just spent the best part of the afternoon looking at your wonderful kitchen photos :o thank you for sharing everyone. It truly is a pleasure to see where the OS magic happens. Particularly liked Pen Pen's as it was just as I imagined hers to be!

One of the primary reasons we bought our house was the large (extended) kitchen as I knew it would be the most utilised room in the house. It's not decorated to my taste or style but it has served us really well day to day and for dinners and large parties. It will be the last room in the house we decorate (in another 10 years or so or maybe never!). Your kitchens have given me so many ideas my head is spinning.

  • Hi,

A couple of weeks ago I was reading a thread on here where lots of you posted pictures of your kitchens. I was loving reading through the thread and then my pc croaked. On another pc now but I can't find the thread when I search.
Would one of you know where I can find it? Can't wait to show my husband some of them and it was such a cosy thread. :D
