  • Thank you sammy_kaye18, thats the one. :T

I loved it too. The pictures were fabulous and really liked the way everyone saw the good points in everyones kitchens, regardless of money spent on them. They all looked so cosy to me. :D

Oooh I love the phots!!! They are all inspiring...I am currently redoing my kitchen as almost all of the white goods have decided that they are going to go bang...So as I am replacing most of it, I am now taking the opportunity to re do my kitchen on the tightest budget. I'll let you guys know how I got on and give you the summary of how much I have spent and will definitely show you the finished product. Wish me luck!!!

I'm off to take a photo of mine, its nowhere near as nice as many of your kitchens are and especially my favourite so far on this thread, Haribos. I just want to have Haribos kitchen.

I may be some time, I not 100% sure how to post a picture, not very technical I'm afraid.

It's no wonder I can't get anything done with threads like these, I can spent hours re-reading this thread, I need some inspiration for my lounge when I re-decorate it, I wish we had a lounge one too.

    right I'm off......

I think I've done it, I apologise if some are dark, the sun is shining in the window, I will re-do them, oh it might have worked better if I had switched the lights on..doh... I'm off to do another.

Am I the only person left in Britain who doesn't have a granite worktop? Or a utility room?:cry: Or a built-in cooker/hob....:cry::cry:

Ours hasn't been touched for 19 years, but it does okay for the two of us. Note the interesting use of an old ice-cream carton to get the TV ariel at the right angle :D .

No don't worry, you're not alone:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I do have built in (knackered) hob, and cheapo built in oven (other one died), but no utility, granite hob, dishwasher, decent sized freezer etc etc. And your units look good, mine look er er knackered:rotfl: And you have more work surface than me;)

Oh I forgot about the dishwasher - I don't have one of those either :(.

Ah well, it's not as if I aspire to anything much beyond oven chips and a defrosted quiche :o . The "magic" in this thread title certainly doesn't apply to me.

I'm a dab hand with peeling sprouts and slicing carrots though ;) .
