Its not complicated at all .A simple search of your past posts answers everything.
If you wish to earn a living that way then do that ,don t sponge of society then earn more than most people who are paying you to stay at home.
Believe me im not anti how you make an income as my sig shows ,but to not work through it and to claim from others is not good ,come on you know this.

Yes, but I dont really see it as scrounging off of others, maybe that is the problem or maybe I do see it that way, but I am just not that concerned , which would be wrong if it were true, although I am not saying it is.

I would not mind being a vicar , in the Country, somewhere quiet, but I am not very religious, although I doubt many really are.

None of us i know are.Although you can have some consideration of others.
Take the float you have to make money or income from,if that was taxed massively to pay for someone elses rent and council tax week in week out, would you be pleased?I guess not.
You will earn,i guess more than most of the people you are taking the money from.I could not do that or rationalise it as right in my head.
Maybe every penny you earn you should minus 22% then an amount for national insurance ,see after 30 days how you would feel if this amount was taken from you for some-one who has done nothing at all.
Maybe you can start to see then what people on minimum wage have to deal with.
I really mean you no malice ,just trying to get you to see the other side of the coin so to speak.:D

I have got into the habit of not working as well, you would not believe how hard small things like having to be some place become when your not used to it.

I know what you mean - I should get a job really when my youngest goes to school but I've lost confidence and haven't a clue what I want to do either. My degree is out of date and I've been a stay at home mum for so long. I know we're skint so I should work, but I'm quite scared really! I'm really bad at getting anywhere on time too :o

I suppose these new deal courses are designed to stop people getting into a rut, losing confidence, etc.

I quite envy you actually - I'd like somebody to steer me through it but I'm not on benefits.

JSA , Council Tax, Stamp paid , rent plus associated benefits free prescriptions etc.

Its not much really , but better than a kick in the arris.
everyone else has to pay those things (except for prescriptions in certain places) some of them out of minimum wage
I have only been on a job search for 18 months, its not like I have been on for years like some, I just need time. I have got into the habit of not working as well, you would not believe how hard small things like having to be some place become when your not used to it.
    Or can't be bothered.

You really are living in a dream world aren't you where you fully believe that you should be able to get whatever job you want and if it's not "suitable" for you then you can just go on sponging. Many people at the moment would love to take whatever job they can get so your attitude absolutely stinks.
  • I'm note sure what is more tragic - someone spending the time to write a post that is clearly intended just to wind up the self righteous.

Or the po faced replies from the self righteous missing the fact that this is a delibrate wind up.

    Makes amusing reading though...

Its not a wind up, it is , really, all true.

Because I am not in any way embarrassed by my situation , and have a dry sense of humour it may look as you describe, but believe me its true!

Its just such an easy life, its a major step from your time being your own to going and doing some dull job, having a "superior" etc.

I tried a job in a warehouse a few years back, and I used to get bullied for reading "The Times" , worst thing was I only used to get it for the football pull out :(

Sometimes I really wonder how the workers cope, I dont think I would last 2 days in most bog standard jobs.

Anyway, they dont really steer you through it, soon it will be down to spending the week "litter picking" in a florescent jacket for your dole. I think the only option is too go on the sick sometimes.

If it was not for the rest of us idiots having to work in bog standard jobs, and paying our taxes to keep you, then you would have to cope or starve.

Thats true millie, but obviously the benefit option is there , rightly or wrongly. What I mean is workers dont have a choice, you pay your tax or go to jail, and people who choose the benefit lifestyle dont have to make the choice to starve or not, because its there as our safety net.

The second one is. Absolutely brilliant wind up of the saddos with such empty lives that they spend most of their time haunting this board seeking people to slag off with the full force of their own ignorance.

It really does. Haven't read anything so good on here for ages.

Well done, Dr_DiNg_DoNg. Really enjoying your 'work' here. :T

    Keep it up.
