yes it can, but after a month of them giving me the run around i have today asked for my cheque to be sent back to me.
You have to add the adult as a signatory and open the account in the child name.
I sent application number 2 off 5th May and they now say last week they sent a letter asking for the child proof of ID and still nothing has arrived. Hopeless bunch!
