after my disasterous shopping experience yesterday and my 25 minute call to customer services at head office, the manager of the shop or the regional manager rang me today, full of apologies. i told her how distressed and angry i was and how embarrassed i was that i was considering cashing my £90 AC points in and never shopping in boots again. she said these 2 would be spoken to, to which i responded there were 4 altogether watching the transactions. anyway she is sending me a £20 gift voucher which i am happy with but i have said i will never go in this particular Boots again and it was one that i had never shopped in previously. So it does pay to complain and obviously Boots want to keep us tarts happy!

by the way superdrug have Bodyform on offer, 2 for £2 with the vouchers on top and also Loreal Elvivie??? on bogof for £2.97 which is a lot cheaper than Boots!
    Just about to give up!

Found in Hull prospect store (in clearance on 2nd floor) Botanics Pore Perfecting foundation 30ml reduced frrom £10 to £1.25. Took 2 to the till and asked if they were on BOGOF, they were!
They still have No 7 n/v sets and summer pallettes at bottom of escalator, no soltan sets or Avene bags.

Thinking of nipping into Hull tomorrow for Estee Lauder Gift time (have Debs vouchers left from wedding).I haven't been in Prospect Centre Boots sinve before Xmas  so wondering if there are any other good bargains to be had?

I tries to buy 2 No7 sun lotion things (BOGOF) and a lilac bag today at Pontefract. The SA said sorry these are on BOGOF so you can't have the bag- I was gutted. She seemed really nice and i thought she would let me. Must be somewhere in my area (between Leeds and York) that will let me do this?! I also failed with my points voucher for Skin Clear face pack- no 100 points added-she didn't even tell me it hadn't gone on. Should I complain??
I'm off to Castleford tomorrow and last week there was a lovely man on the till who would have put through anything-will try him!!
Leeds Bond st/Albion street are just fine - the best ones are downstairs on the main tills. They area also fine about putting through a lilac bag with the summer pallette, at £9.99.
So many glitches, so little time...

Sorry, I should've clarified about which Boots on Oxford St. It is the huge one at 151 Oxford St. The Soltan packs are on the lower level towards the tills. They are two rows away from the other suncare products.

PS I usually use my No7 vouchers at this store and I've had no problems with the SA's. Take your products to the tills on the lower level and it should be fine even with bogof No7 suncare and lilac bags.

    Happy bootsing :D

Sorry JB......you missed out on the EI (Everyday Indulgence) glitch. A few weeks ago there was a 150pt voucher in the ACM with an EI purchase. The handwash was reduced to £1.66 and BOGOF......the glitch meant that you were getting 150pts for EVERY EI item you bought.......so if you bought 10 @1.66 that was £8.30 to pay.....with 1500 pts! so getting paid to take it away! Sadly....that glitch is no more.

Hi everyone, have been away for a week and couldn't wait to get home to see if my parenting vouchers had arrived, and yay they have! Can I ask some questions pls? (Sorry, maybe being too hopeful :D )

    - Is the hair mask on BOGOF as it is Botanics, so can I use the voucher and get 2 free?
    - With the No 7 voucher for up to £16.50 how is everyone buying the £19.50 sets? Just SA's not noticing?
    - With the free Mediterranean pregnancy item up to £5, it says "Why not try Massage Body Butter" that is normal Mediterranean isn't it? So isn't that BOGOF? 2 for the voucher?

Thanks everyone. Also, if anyone would like the left over vouchers, triple points on huggies etc, pls pm me :)

    Hiya

I had these vouchers yesterday. I only got one Botanics hair mask as it stated that the Botanics skincare is BOGOF but I did not try 2 so I am not 100% - someone correct me if I am wrong.
The £19.50 sets are scanning as free and bogof and unless you get an SA who knows how much everything is in the store and checks each transaction and then reads every bit of the voucher then you should be ok. ;)
There is a pregnancy body butter that helps strech marks etc. but I am unsure if this is bogof as the normal med. range is. Did you get a bogof Med. range coupon? If so, what many people have been doing is using the pregnancy med. coupon with the bogof coupon and getting one pregnancy med. item (there is also a purple bath soak) and then 2 normal med. items all for free! - It also seems that the best med. item to get is the gift sets either at £8 or £6 as you get them both free. Be careful though I bought one at £8 and one at £6 so had to pay £2 difference which I wasn't bothered about as it worked out at £1 each but you may not want to pay anything.

Also - if you have a third off natural range coupon it is taking off a third of each item as they are also bogof. I bought 2 heart gift sets with 3 mini shower gels in for my daughter and her friend and paid £1.?? (they are usually £3.99 each!)

    HTH a little
