I am going out into watford boots today where it is quite a big store over two levels, this is my first real tart outing, and wondered what to get. I have 995 points and a £10 voucher?
Have a baby boy of 2 so could get wipes and / or medicine for coughs as both mine have one.
Some help please would really like some freebie and extra points!
Also could someone send me the clinique voucher?
Thank you
Carli
Hi Carli
When I was in this Boots on Thursday, there was a small display, near the lift, at the top of the stairs, with clearance items. There were toiletries and hair stuff on one side, and baby things on the other. It is worth trying the Clinique freebie, just in case they have had any more come in, because I was told I had the last one the week before last.0 -

reverie wrote:Thanks Netty. I bought some of those little Natural Collection £3.99 bags on BOGOF a few weeks ago. They made really nice gifts and will be even better at £1. Also, talking of Natural Collection, out of interest, there is a nice pink bag with three bottles and some other bits in, it is £6.99 in some Boots and £11.99 in others. It annoys me everytime I see if for £11.99 and think someone might be wasting £5 so easily!
£11.99 in one shop and £6.99 in another  that is a disgrace - how do they work that one out?
Didn't get chance to type my haul before so here goes: -
Med Bergamot Gift Set - £8.00
Med Almond Gift Set - £6.00 - Free on BOGOF
USED BOGOF VOUCHER - £6.00
Natural Collection Heart Sampler Set - £3.99
Natural Collection Heart Sampler Set - £3.99 - Free on BOGOF
Used save a 3rd on NC voucher - took off £2.68 (=£1.31 to pay for the two! - don' know how that worked out but hey ho!)
No 7 Upl. Day Cream - £15 - Free with Voucher + lilac bag
Huggies Nappies x 3 = £4.99 + £4.99 (size 3) and £5.51 (size 4) - £4.99 as 3 for 2 - £2.00 off huggies voucher) = £8.50
Head & Shoulders Shampoo for DD - £1.76
Baby Starter Pack - rrp £24.99 (yeah right!) - Free with voucher
Boots 5 min. Hair Mask - £4.99 - Free with voucher
Med. Sooth Essence Preg. Bath Soak - £4.99(ish) - Free with voucher
TOTAL TO PAY - £13.57
- £10 PIGBACK BOOTS VOUCHER
- £3.57 from Boots gift card after returning an item for £4.75 that couldn't use as made my skin very dry!

Including £54.91 deals and £2.00 save
POINTS RECEIVED - 83
DOUBLE POINTS COUPON - 83
PARENTING CLUB POINTS - 28
TOTAL POINTS - 194
and - 1 x £5 No. 7 Voucher
Could of saved £2 if bought two of the same Med. gift sets but wanted one of each!
Then I took 250 points out of lilac bag and got 1 No. 7 hair spritz at £5.50 and 1 x body buffer at £5.50 BOGOF - used £5 voucher = 50p (off gift card) and used 250 points aswell!
Then I got 2 Oral B electric toothbrushes half price from £24.99 to £12.49 - for me and OH with my points!
SA couldn't believe it and said what good deals you get from having a baby, I joked back and said - yes it's worth having another one for that isn't it!!
Left Boots with 4 carrier bags full and never used my debit card - OH couldn't believe it!
To top it off I no have enough points today for another piggy back £10 Boots voucher !
(Might change my signature to EXPERT BOOTS TART! (what do you think!)

However my advice would be buy the medicine with extra points first with your voucher, cos then you'll have more points to spend on your card. Have a look at the first post in this thread. Liverbird updates all the current bargains there - see if there's anything else that's of use to you.:
Sadly the extra points offer with meds has finished with the Tixylix etc etc. Might be some new offers instore though.0 -

(it's been a long day!!
). Is the med. range currently on BOGOF in store? I'm assuming that you have all been taking 2 med. products to the til, the til then deducts 1 product as free (store BOGOF) and then use the BOGOF voucher from the mailing to fool the til into giving the 2nd product free? Im a bit worried Boots have cottoned onto this glitch and dont want to try it incase it doesnt work especially on a busy Saturday! Do you all use the £5 med voucher on a separate product another time? All sounds very promising if ive got it right
That is right - I did it all together but I cannot see why you couldn't use them seperately - i.e get two normal Med. products with the BOGOF voucher first and then get the pregnancy Med. one at another time if you wanted to!

1 - Mouse aftersun 9.50
Face aftersun 7.50
Lilac bag 0.00
Less £5 voucher - 4.50 to pay :j
2 - Sunkist Moisturiser 8.50
Lilac bag:o
Less £5 voucher - 3.50 to pay
I had been so stressed and unsure about things i had forgot to lift something else to make 2nd transaction up to £15 but the kind assistant put the lilac bag into my bag (thank you)
So just goes to show that the tills are still allowing it, its the sales assistants who are telling porkies in stating the tills wont accept this.
Amanda40 if you read this then a big thank you, you were right;)
Thanks for that GK - I have another £5 voucher plus a few 250 points , so will nip to the centre today and see what I can get - trying to boost poits to buy a digital camera! What was the skincare mouse? No Longer addicted to Boots! - Well not today anyway!! :blushing:
