Forgot to mention was promised 500 points also with my gift card. Put card in machine today and they had not been added. Called Customer Care when I got home and asked why as letter stated that they would be there at time of next shop.
Apologised and advised that would add now and make it 1000 as it was there error!!! Another £10 worth of points to my already bulging card!:j

Boo Hoo!!!!!
Just started this Boots malarky on Monday as that was when I got my first AC.
Been using it all week got 2 lilac bags, one with BOGOF suncare and one with summer organiser, but kept forgetting to hand over 250 points vouchers.
Went to get another lilac bag today and a Lip gloss set for4.99, (had a £5 off voucher which I found on the floor yesterday) was going to use 250 points voucher but cant because I have lost my AC, phoned customer services and they have stopped the card. I only had it since Monday! Was told today if I want the 250 points I should phone customer services to get them put on, but will they smell a rat re lilac bag etc?

explained to SA today that I had lost AC and asked for receipt to be validated. then asked for mag and she said only if you have AC, I had to remind her that I have one but have lost it, she then relented and gave me the mag for free! what a palava. Other SA seemed to be miffed that I got lilac bag and lip gloss set for 4.99. She inspected £5 voucher for ages, Has she not seen one before????????

Quite simply, don't mention the lilac bag. The points coupon was used against a purchase of the lip gloss. The lilac bag was a freebie and nothing to do with redeeming points. No harm in calling CS to see if they'll add the points, which is why you bought the lip gloss of course - to redeem the voucher.

I've had a quite a few trips into Boots this last week and used a £5 voucher + a 250 points voucher on every transaction, except the first which wasn't No 7 stuff but got me the first £5 voucher to start the ball rolling.

Be more careful with your AC when you get the new one, with practise it can be worth a lot!

Hi, personally I would not ring CS and ask them to add the 250 points as they may spot the lilac bag glitch and put an end to it. The 250 point voucher cannot be used on gift sets, so it would not have gone through with the organiser or the lip gloss sets even if you had tried.

Don't forget about the 200 point voucher in the H&B magazine. That has no mention of exclusions on gift sets. There have been some cases where the 200 point voucher has not gone through, so always check your reciept before you leave the store.

Well done on your tarting, hopefully you will get your new card very soon.

I dont know how i lost it
I was told by SA today that I will need to provide receipt number to customer services to get the 250 points on, so thought that they might realise from there on about lilac bag glitch etc

I already have 851 points on it so phoned customer services pronto!
I do need practice , theres an awful ot to remember, think its a really good card tho

had a bodyform voucher this morning left over that I never managed to take off pack when i went to pay in boots.. so used it in tesco!!
