Found in Hull prospect store (in clearance on 2nd floor) Botanics Pore Perfecting foundation 30ml reduced frrom £10 to £1.25. Took 2 to the till and asked if they were on BOGOF, they were!
They still have No 7 n/v sets and summer pallettes at bottom of escalator, no soltan sets or Avene bags.

My local boots have been reducing own brand body sprays to half price. So keep an eye out.

Oh and guess what numpty did today. Managed somehow to mix up my AD cards. One had about £25 on the other 3p. Handed over the 3p one and said could I use my points to pay. Doh had to pay by card :mad:. Made the excuse that I had spent more off my card than I had thought . What a wally.

I felt that I could not go Oh no that is the wrong card. Mind you husband hand over £5 cash to me as part of what I bought was birthday presents. And the whole lot only cost £5.50 :j

So now have marked my main card with a black mark. Even though one is Miss and the other is Mrs.

thriftee.r there plenty of clearance things? i feel a day trip cuming on.our clearance section cums and goes 2 make way 4 first it was kids clothes and now it's easter eggs.only reduced stuff i spotted 2day was in the deoderant aisle.loads off diff ones reduced.i picked up palmolive reduced 2 49p each.

Update i braved it today and went into boots town center as i had 2 vouchers burning a hole in my bag, first stop i picked up 2 lilac bags and grabbed the sunkist body moisturiser no7 and added to basket then headed to the no7 suncare and got the aftersun mouse and the face one and picked up a few other things then headed off to the advantage machine to collect voucher for £2 off the moisturiser but all 4 machines had out of order on them but all were on:mad: and sneaked padded the lady on no7 who noticed me and suggested to go to her and she would put things through but i had turned by this time and kept on going and went up to the photo department as all was quiet there

I had been so stressed and unsure about things i had forgot to lift something else to make 2nd transaction up to £15 but the kind assistant put the lilac bag into my bag (thank you)

So just goes to show that the tills are still allowing it, its the sales assistants who are telling porkies in stating the tills wont accept this.

Echo, there are quite a few things mostly Xmas giftset items, but worth a look if you are coming across from Grimsby. There is another store on St Andrews retail park near the ice arena in the city centre which also has a clearance at the back of the store, but I haven't been there in a while so don't know how up to date that is. Someone else on MSE went last week and found the No7 summer organiser, they also have Ad machines at both branches.

I tries to buy 2 No7 sun lotion things (BOGOF) and a lilac bag today at Pontefract. The SA said sorry these are on BOGOF so you can't have the bag- I was gutted. She seemed really nice and i thought she would let me. Must be somewhere in my area (between Leeds and York) that will let me do this?! I also failed with my points voucher for Skin Clear face pack- no 100 points added-she didn't even tell me it hadn't gone on. Should I complain??
I'm off to Castleford tomorrow and last week there was a lovely man on the till who would have put through anything-will try him!!

gk172 I thought it VERY strange all the machines were out - I mean 4! I was there at 12.30. Never got anything- their reduced stuff has went downhill.Print off the voucher I posted earlier for dior freebie and take it into the debehamns they were very friendly and offered me 2 sets. !!

The vouchers for the skin clear now say excludes face mask and some other item,can't remember what but it mustbe something cheap.The Boots spies must be reading these posts now me thinks.lol
