Wow eight months, gosh how quick time goes , I love the carol little donkey i can remember Rhys singing it in his lower school nativity play's. Good times :):):)

What a lovely name for a boy
  • First time ever on a forum, not a clue what i'm doing. Probably going about it the wrong but was after some advice about PPI and what rights are if overpaid repayments. My mum and dad had 2 insurance policies, both with PPI. The bank refunded the PPI twice but are now saying it was an overpayment and they have to pay the second amount back. They genuinely thought both payments were for seperate policies.
Any ideas or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

    OOH good luck babe.;)
    Yeah keep at them.

Hope everyone are well, sun out here at the moment, but it was like that yesterday morning, in-fact the last few mornings, when in the afternoon it hammered it down with thunder/lightning!

    Scary I don't like the thunder.......

    Xxxx

I had an e-mail from our adjudicator today and guess what they have had no response from CT, I hope that makes them look even worse. The FOS are going to send them a chaser letter on Monday.

:):) Yes thank you we are all fine, are you all ok? We have had no thunder or lightning here you need to come and visit me in sunny Bedfordshire. It's been quite cold at night but we have had no real rain since Monday, guess that's why we have a hosepipe ban ;);)

If they overpaid then they can ask for this back I am afraid, did the company pay for the second policy or was this included in the first lot of payments?.

If they cannot pay this back in one go then get them to write to the company and ask if they can pay this back over time.

Modern technology is brilliant and I am glad it is there :D but nothing can replace a real live (((hug)))) can it? :(:(
When she was a few months old she had reflux, it was awful watching her in discomfort :( thank god it only lasted 5 weeks :D when i used to comfort her i sang the Christmas song "Little Donkey" the last week they were in the UK they stayed at mine and she was teething bless her :( she never screamed and kept us all awake, she just moaned and could not settle, every time i held her i sang the song and it calmed her, so when we Skype and she is wriggling, trying to grab the webcam or touch the keyboard :D Nannie ( that's me :D) sings this carol :rotfl: and she remembers it and sits still looking at me until I have finished :cool:my Son in law always laughs and says I put him to sleep with this song :rotfl::rotfl:
Don't know what my neighbours think when i set off singing a carol after xmas  they must think I have lost the plot :rotfl:
