    Thanks Di :A:A

Can I ask your expert opinion do most banks give in once the adjudicator has made there decision, or do you often still have a fight on your hands? ;)

    Hi honey

From my own experience - yes they do.;) But sometimes they do not always get in touch when the FOS expects them to, if this happens, you will need to contact your adjudicator who will chase this up for you.

I think since the FSA etc have gone tougher over the months, you should not have a problem xx:beer:
Just to add, the only problem I had problems with when the adjudicator upheld ours, with the very first one back some years ago, Nemo did not accept their decision, it did go to the ombudsman himself who also agreed with the adjudicators decision, they MUST comply to that.

But as said though, the FSA have tightened up now, so you should be ok xx

    Happy Easter to everyone :D:D:D

Is anybody doing anything nice ?

We are having a new window fitted in our spare bedroom as I speak, at the weekend we will be lifting the old carpet in there and getting it ready for decorating, busy, busy.

I thought it was going to be wet today, but the sun is shining this morning. What a relief as I am window less in the bedroom at the moment.

Di, Unfortunately I will be working this weekend even on Sunday, no rest for the wicked lol.

Everyone one is fine here, although my daughter's boyfriend has recently lost his job, but hoping something will turn up soon.

Hope everything is well with you and your family.
