    Yes it is but most people will have signed full and final settlements with all complaints against their brokers/lenders and will have trouble claiming for missold loans as well I bet. Some companies have put in their redresses " this is in full and final settlement with this and any future claims against ?????". I bet some will be kicking themselves soon....:eek: It may scare these brokers into making these PPI redresses all the sooner though or they will have bigger claims against them in the future maybe.

    How long will it be before there is a section "Missold mortgages and secured loans"??? (and i don't mean cause of a few minor errors in the paperwork here. I mean cause of encouraging people into loans they could hardly afford)...hence downward spirals of debt and repossessions.

    Right update from my complaint. They are going to make it against the insurer and but its going to be 3 months or so before I hear anything. Its 50/50 really now so still not over.:cool:

    They have said it will go quiet at their end for a while but not to worry and they are still trying for me. That at least is something.

    I am but its still only a chance. I will know something more in a few months they say. Just have to be very patient now.:o
